The Company has evaluated tenders up to £5m in value. One contractor wisely withdrew from tendering due to our Consultancy’s evaluation. In another case we were able to justify the retention of an in-house contract, even though it was more expensive.

 

Contract monitoring has resulted in improved Food Safety & Hygiene and Health & Safety for all the clients who have retained us to safeguard their interests. We saved £25,000 for one client at tender evaluation.

Contract Maintenance of a pest control contract for an NHS trust has resulted in the contract being terminated by the trust, for a failure on the contractors’ part to fulfil the contract requirements. The trust had lost its "Due Diligence Defence" & suffered adverse publicity.
